One Day Workshop on Professional skills and Teachers Motivation One Day Workshop was organised on Tuesday 15th November, 2016 under the Supervision of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Edward Masih on “Professional skills and Teachers Motivation” in association with Human Resource Development (HRD). In this programme Dr. Anirudh Kapoor (Ex. Senior Resident in Radio diagnosis PGI Chandigarh) and Professor Anita Mahajan (Health care specialist) were invited specially for this occasion. In the starting of this Programme the Principal Prof. (Dr.) Edward Masih welcomed the guests as well as well the teachers present for this workshop. He also shared his thoughts for the overall betterment for the growth of the teachers. In the first session of the Programme Dr. Anirudh Kapoor shared his feeling with the teachers by his words and motivated the teachers. He practically did some exercises for teachers by which teachers can control their anger or other emotions and gave much knowledge to them for their overall development of the personality. Further, Prof. (Dr.) Edward Masih also advised teachers and motivated them by sharing knowledge that how they can encourage their students to enhance their overall knowledge. Five points method of Dr. John Paul Legal was also discussed by the Principal on this workshop. Moreover, in the session of the workshop Ms Anita Mahajan gave many tips to the teachers for developing their overall personality and even gave them some Mantras for Healthy mind and Healthy body.
